Fall 2016 Legacy bull. He was halter-trained at weaning. From the beginning he seemed easy to work with--on his first sashay out of the pen to walk with me to the water tank, he walked without hesitation as if he'd been led for months. Though he may not always be that perfect, he seems to have a calm spirit. I have not yet tested to see if he received a dun gene. He is black like both sire and dam, who both carry dun. The sire (PDCA 300202-C) is heavily Woodmagic, & the dam (PDCA 207766) is half Colorado and nearly half Woodmagic too.
